Aftermarket Weber “Go Anywhere” Tube Burner

  • Stainless steel tube burner for Weber “Go Anywhere” grill
  • Features a 90-degree bend with a square mounting hole at the back end
  • Measures 17-1/4″ Long

Do you need a new burner?

You know it is time to replace your burner when:

  • The flame ports surrounding the burner are no longer uniform in size and have merged into larger holes. (This often occurs when the holes become clogged, more gas is forced through fewer holes thereby putting too much pressure on the remaining holes)
  • You see large flames coming from the top of the burner (or the sides). This means that there may be a break in the burner.
  • There are weak or holes points in the material of the burner

Tube Burner Installation Instructions

WarningTurn gas off at supply before working on the grill. No smoking or Open Flame!

  • Remove old burner: There may be screws, pins or other fastening devices that hold the burners in place. Carefully note the disassembly process as reassembly is essentially the opposite procedure.‌

Now is a good time to clean the grill’s interior of debris, accumulated good, grease, etc.

  • Install new burner. Refasten as originally installed. The burner should go over the valve orifice 1/4″ to 1/2″ similar to the original.
    Install Tube Burner
  • Test Burner: Turn on the gas and light the replaced burner noting the flame pattern. Wait several seconds. The flame should be even and mostly blue, although some yellowness will normally occur.

    Careful, parts may be hot!
If adjustment is necessary, loosen the air shutter screw and rotate the air shutter slowly in either direction until the correct flame is attained. Retighten the screw.

Flame should be mostly blue with minimal yellow tips
