Sausage Stuffed Jalapeños
SAUSAGE STUFFED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS
(makes 12 stuffed peppers)
Ingredients:
- 12 Jalapeño Peppers
- 1/2 pound cooked bulk pork sausage
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Serve with y our favorite prepared ranch dressing (optional)
Instructions:

- Cut top off jalapeno peppers, remove the seeds & membranes
- Brown sausage in a skillet
- Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and sausage
- Stuff jalapeños with combined cheese & sausage mixture then replace jalapeno caps
- Place stuffed pepper in your jalapeño pepper tray
Preheat your grill to 350° and grill for 30 minutes. During this time the spicy heat will be cooked from the pepper and you can enjoy your jalapenos.
Crab Stuffed Jalapeños
CRAB STUFFED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS
(makes 12 stuffed peppers)
Ingredients:
- 12 Jalapeño Peppers
- 1/2 Can of canned crab meat
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 Green onions chopped
- 3 Slices of thick-sliced bacon
- 12 Wooden toothpicks
Instructions:

- Cut top off jalapeño peppers, remove the seeds & membranes
- Brown sausage in a skillet
- Mix cream cheese, crab and onion
- Stuff jalapeños with combined cheese, onion & crab mixture
- Cut bacon into fourths and cover each pepper with a strip and secure with a toothpick
- Place stuffed pepper in your jalapeño pepper tray

Bacon & Ranch Stuffed Jalapeños
BACON & RANCH STUFFED JALAPEÑO PEPPERS
(makes 12 stuffed peppers)
Ingredients:
- 12 Jalapeño Peppers
- 5 Slices of cooked & crumbled bacon
- 2 Packages of dry ranch dressing
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:

- Cut top off jalapeño peppers, remove the seeds & membranes
- Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dry ranch mix and bacon
- Stuff jalapeños with combined cheese, ranch & bacon mixture and replace jalapeno caps.
- Place stuffed pepper in your jalapeño pepper tray
