ALFBT3 | ALFRESCO STAINLESS STEEL BRIQUETTE TRAY
Includes Briquettes

Briquette Trays collects heat and radiates it to the food on the cooking grids. It also keeps the flames from actually touching the food allowing for more efficient and uniform heat distribution.

Constructed of heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel
Two (2) removable rails that enable you to remove/replace the briquettes
18 ceramic pyramid-shaped briquettes are included
Comes fully assembled

Maintenance

Some grease and other drippings on the briquettes can add flavor to the cooking experience but you should keep large amounts of grease, food residue and other build-up off of the briquettes and tray. Luckily, the maintenance is pretty simple.

Tray Maintenance

Flip the tray over and turn the grill temperature to medium
Close the lid and let it go for about 1 hour
For heavier build-up, you can take a grill brush and gently remove the residue

Briquette Maintenance

Flip each individual briquette over
With regular use of the grill, the residue on the bottom side of the briquettes will burn off

For super dirty briquettes, you can also…

Turn off the grill and allow the briquettes to cool
Remove briquettes from the tray and scrub them with a nylon scrub pad or brush to remove grease and food residue
Rinse the briquettes in clean water and allow them to dry before you return them to the briquette tray/grill
