ALFBT1 | ALFRESCO STAINLESS STEEL BRIQUETTE TRAY
Briquette Trays collect heat and radiates it to the food on the cooking grids. It also keeps the flames from actually touching the food allowing for more efficient and uniform heat distribution.
Some grease and other drippings on the briquettes can add flavor to the cooking experience but you should keep large amounts of grease, food residue and other build-up off of the briquettes and tray. Luckily, the maintenance is pretty simple.
