
This Coffee Dry Rub is the perfect rub for beef bringing a savory and slightly spicy flavor to the meat. Using it is simple and straight-forward as well. Rub a generous amount of the seasoning into the meat and grill as usual. Works for low and slow grilling or hot and fast.
This recipe calls for Instant Coffee granules as opposed to coffee grinds. Grinds can burn quickly and become bitter. Instant coffee granules are less likely to burn.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Coarse Salt
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Crushed Coriander
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Use fork to crush any clumps of seasonings.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a month
